Summary: A phone call from a stranded Blair.
"Ellison."
(dejectedly) "Hey, Jim."
"Chief, what's wrong?"
"Uh, well, you know how sometimes you kind of are in the middle of a date and you realize you've been thinking about going home and getting some sleep for like the last half hour?"
*chuckle* "Yeah, I think I've had a few like that."
"It's not a good thing to mention it."
*laugh* "Really?"
"Definitely."
"So where are you?"
"Channing Street, outside The Indira."
"The Indira? They have good curries."
"Oh, man Jim, I had this coconut mutton curry with cashews, it was the best!"
"Sounds good."
"So, Jim, if you were me, and you were standing on the sidewalk with a doggie bag full of this stuff, and your date, who was incidentally your ride, skipped out on you, what would you do?"
"Hmm, if I were you?"
"Uh-huh."
"Jeez, Chief, I guess I'd call me."
"Yeah? YOU?"
"Sure, why not?"
"Well, you know man, you might be busy, or something."
"I doubt it."
"Yeah, but what if it was like ten o'clock at night?"
"Uh . . . I think I'd call me."
"Yeah . . .what if, maybe, you didn't exactly leave the bathroom the way you found it, when you were getting ready for the date? And you, not you ME but you YOU, might be pissed?"
"Oh, you mean like you left hair in the sink?"
"Yeah."
"And wet towels on the floor?"
"Well, yeah."
"And you didn't put the cap back on your shaving cream?"
"Uh-"
"Or the toothpaste?"
"Um-"
"And you left a hanger on the refrigerator door handle?"
". . . yeah."
"I'd call me."
(relieved) "Thanks, Jim."
"Don't move, I'll be there in ten minutes."
"Okay."
"And Sandburg? If this ever happens again?"
"Yeah?"
"You'd Better CALL Me."
"Right Jim. See ya."
"Bye bye."
