They are setting up camp for the night. Cara has sat down against a rock paved with soft mold and Leo, much to her annoyance, has set up the fire before she could. Not that she minded terribly just sitting there once in a while, but the principle of the thing was what counted. And the principle of the thing was that she could damn well have set up the fire herself.

And then he goes, and sits next to her. Of course he does, he's been doing that the whole time, it's like he enjoys taunting her with his "funny" jokes and attempts at charming smiles. When he looks at her with one of those smiles, Cara just rolls her eyes and focuses on the fire. So much so, it hurts her eyes after a while.

Then he breathes in, and she knows he's about to speak. He's about to start up another conversation, and the damn wizard is nowhere to be found to distract him with something important about a Seeker's training.

"So, Cara..." He begins, and she sighs heavily, rolls her eyes yet again and musters up the strength to look back at him expectantly. "Have you ever worn a dress?"

Cara scoffs. At the very idea, at the very question, at both at the same time. She looks away - at the fire again - genuinely wondering what could have brought on this topic of conversation. Leo, of course, is chuckling to himself. "What kind of a question is that?" She finally musters, shaking her head at him with an expression that very clearly tells him he's just proven to be the dumbass she always thought he was.

Leo, on his part, just shrugs. He's always so casual about everything, it pisses Cara off. "Just wondering." He smiles that smile. "I think you would probably look good in a dress, how long has it been since you wore anything but leather?"

Yet again, Cara scoffs, because if he dares insult her Mord'Sith outfit - even despite everything that happened that made it very clear she is not really one of them anymore, or at least they don't see it that wat - she is going to punch him in the face. Right now.

But, of course, Leo saves face. It's what he does, he's good at that, too. "Not that you look anything but..." Words falter as he looks over her shape in said leather. "...Grand, in that outfit, of course."

The compliment feels good but Cara won't let him know. She doesn't need his assessment of how she looks in her leather outfit to feel good about herself, she's been feeling damn good about herself for years, and this guy has been here for about two days, if that. Still, she supposes a compliment is still a compliment. The words having faltered, is just that much better.

"I don't-" Cara closes her eyes and shakes her head at the sheer absurdity of that idea. Her in a dress. Ha. "I don't do dresses. No." She looks up at him, raising one eyebrow. "Why, are you going into the tailoring business, if this Seeker thing doesn't pan out?"

Leo chuckles, this time a little more loudly, and shakes his head as well. "Nah, I just have a very vivid imagination." His eyes roam again. "You would look damn good in a white dress." He says as he looks into her eyes.

Cara smirks. Whatever that statement meant that her mind mind be trying to unveil at the moment, she is not, again, showing it. "I look even better in white leather." She retorts, and the way she speaks seems to bear some sort of a promise.

Inhaling deeply, Leo smiles right back. "I can only hope to live long enough and be worthy enough to see that sight." With that, he stands to his feet and grabs his knife. He's going hunting, presumably for dinner. And Cara would go right behind him, if it wasn't for the fact that she's grinning quite brightly and she would kill before she would let him see that.
