I struggle with that particular combo (not Mrs. Casey, but things like "Miss Mary") half because I used to work at a place that made us be Miss Firstname to the kids. I've also worked at Ms Lastname, which I preferred, because it seems less plantation-like. But I have friends in the south now who say it's just normal there to be Honorific-Firstname to kids, it's how people talk. Knowing that has made me less queasy about it, but still, I prefer "Mary" in nearly every single context.
That said, "Mrs. Sean" gives you a context for them. :)
AND go back and tell 16 year old Anne that she's a fundraising/events/special projects lackey for an Addiction Professional's organization by day, and a drag performer, bouncer/bartender at the oldest lesbian bar in the US by night? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! CONNNNNTTTTRRRAAARRRRYYYYY!!!!
