Um,  hi!  :D

Let's be brief, shall we:

  1. Spent 5 weeks before Thanksgiving working in Miami. Job was okay, travel sucked, no free time at all. Stopped reading LJ completely. Hardly ever online.

I'm glad your job is working out so well, that's really fantastic news. I was hoping they would stop making you travel SO much.

I'm even gladder, though, that you're watching (and enjoying) The Wire. If you ever want to talk about the show I am ALL ABOUT THAT. And yay for Pushing Daisies glee, too. :)

HI YOU!!! *tackles you* I have missed you so very very much.

Dude, The Wire. Just. *flails* Your icon is making me bounce in my chair. I am drawing pink sparkly hearts around Kima RIGHT NOW. I would also be drawing them around D'Angelo, but I don't think he is down with pink sparkly hearts, so out of respect for him I am just grinning widely in his general direction. Oh, and p.s. BUBBLES. If it were possible to send hugs and cookies to a fictional character, Bubbles would be well-fed and well-hugged. Because, dude, BUBBLES.

Could Pushing Daisies be any more charming and adorable? I think not.

If the sparkles around the hearts were bling, D'Angelo might be up for that.

YOU WIN.

I missed you toooooo!! I often wondered what you were up to. Good to hear things are going well!

I am VERY TEMPTED by DIY. I may indeed be there. Need to sit down with budget and available vacation days and figure out if it is doable, but yeah. Am seriously considering it. :D

HIRO/ANDO!!!! HOORAY! Oh, boys. sigh.

*hugs back*

The Wire! DID YOU MEET OMAR YET Lemme know!

Dexter! Shall we set up a date post-Yuletide for El Marathono? fan_eunice and shrift are in as well. And shall we make evil coffee and evil fresh-squeezed blood orange juice and evil fried eggs and ham?

BRUNCH! I know you're working five days a week, so Monday mornings are out, and you have other brunch commitments on the weekends, so shall we find an alternative?

The Golden Compass! Sounds like the movie is ... not so much. How goes the book? Do you want #2?

YES I MET OMAR. *pets him, but gently, so's he will not turn around and blow my head off*

Hooray for Dexter! I am out of town from the 23rd to the 30th, but aside from that, any weekend (plus New Year's Eve/Day) would work for me. And we can have any food you want as long as I don't have to make it myself. :)

I think I can do Sunday brunches now. Should we plan for next week?

Just finished TGC #1, and um, I would LOVE #2 plz, kthx. *bounces*
