NEW VID!!! (a.k.a.: I love Fraser thiiiiiiiiiiiiiis much.)

I finally have another vid! w00t! This is: (a) my first collaboration ever, with the amazingly talented and enthusiastic and patient laurashapiro; (b) my first due South vid; (c) my first full-length vid using FCP; and (d) my first VVC submission in two years. It premiered at Club Vivid on Friday.

Hey, question. I've been wanting to see this, but I can't tell from the descriptions whether it's F/K/V?

That is an excellent question, and one that I have no idea how to answer. *g*

Um, you can see it as F/K/V, certainly, if you are so inclined? I think a more accurate way to describe it might be to say that it is F/V and F/K in equal amounts. Or that it is a character vid about Fraser, as the Rays see him. Does that help?

Er... maybe? Because F/V & F/K, or character vid about Fraser, is great, but F/K/V is avoid-like-the-plague for me. But I can pretend you didn't say that first part, I guess.

The way I would put it is that the vid is straight up gen. But, like the show, it's deliciously about Fraser, with an emphasis on what a magnificent FREAK he is as seen through the eyes of both Rays. And from amongst all that anyone who 'ships any of these three characters in any configuration can read their preference into it without the vid directing them in any particular way beyond the show's gen.

I commented on Laura's post already, but DUDE OMG. I *love* this vid SO MUCH. Fraser!!! And his Rays!!! I think I watched it like five times yesterday -- it was a shining moment in my day of suckiness. Heart!

OMG I LOVE THAT YOU LOVE IT. I was so nervous about what you would think because you are hands-down the biggest Fraser-fan I know. (With the possible exception of me.)
