i think boston magazine does a feature like that every year in their magazine. maybe it's on their web site?

I just took a quick look at their site, and if you look under back issues, i think an article in the march 2008 issue is what i was thinking of....called best places to live. if i remember correctly, the magazine had these cool fold out charts that list all these different categories and ranks all the cities and towns. i don't know if they still do it the same way because it's been a while since i've looked at the magazine, but it's a great feature.
