I keep my fingers crossed. Maybe it's even for the better because a new chain usually attracts more customers. That would be nice, right?

I told her, that we would attack him Friday and do whatever we could to get our spot.

Why would you "attack" this man??? What purpose would that serve? You say that "he was not really nice about it" to your mom. I don't know what was said (no details given) but attacking him will not improve things.

If Euro Spar is now some other kind of "Charin", then the manager may not be able to do what was done last year. He may be under constraints and have to follow new regulations over which he has no control.

Wait until you receive his answer and then you'll know what the situation is. I know you, you mum and the other person have put a lot into this and want the same place as last year and things may turn out well after all. I hope so.

Good luck,
buzzie

Hi buzzie,
Sorry I didn´t mean attack him like jump him or anything like that. I just meant that we would both go and talk to him Friday....So sorry, I am not a violent person at all ;)

I don't think you are a violent person, pippi. I understand that you were disappointed. Still, words can be potent, even more so in print and on the internet where nothing is truly confidential. Take care as "attack" could be seen as a threat, especially followed by and do whatever we have to do.. You can edit your post, btw, to say what you meant.

Thanks Buzzie,
I´ve changed it to approach instead.

Just got back, and we have our spot in October ;)

Thank you for all your support all the time♥

The manager didn't have to be an asshat about it, if he's gotten new directives- say so without being rude. Go talk to him and see what happens.
I hope you can get it sorted, if not-let me know and I'll help out with mailing and whatnots and whatever I can.

Take a deep breath. It wasn't nice of him to yell at your mom, but he might not have any control over who has a booth. Just wait and calmly talk to him. If not, then you've got other options and friends who will help with the emailing.
