Not a lot of time to communicate, but I do check my friends page and email daily. Lovely season, not-so-lovely driving conditions. Took Union Cab to work the last couple times we got snow. I think this time of year makes people A) crave carbs and B) feel a little bit blue. First and foremost, there are people and things that we all miss about holidays past that make the current ones much harder. Plus, you and are not much into the commercial end of the "give me give me" shit of the holidays. And everything that is absolutely yummy and special about this time of year seems to not be the best for a person. But, don't feel bad about the donut. I had a chocolate muffin the other morning and spent half the day trying to figure out why I felt bloated. I finally decided that the muffin was good and it was worth it :)

I'm thinking of doing a veggie plate for the 23rd, but then I figured we could order something from Glass Nickel or Chiang Jang since they will be open that night. As you know, I'm not really a cook. :) If you have any other ideas or requests please let me know. Hopefully we won't have bad weather that night.

I love the pics of you and Laurie. They are so cute.
