Best thing to come home from work to~. This was wonderful, and as greedy as it sounds I really really can't wait for more. XD

Thanks! I'll try to have more done for you soon. I'm kinda curious to see where I'm going with this too ;)

(is it sad that I have post-Countdown stuff planned out, but I'm not really sure how to get there?)

Nope. Lord knows it's difficult to figure out what in the world to do with that time. orz. My headcanon is kinda... fuzzy hazzy for that time period at the moment. I'm mostly clearing it up as I go, but It's a heck of a lot of creative freedom space. XD

Len *_* AWESOME use of OCs as well, but....oh, Len. Why are you so wonderful? I especially needed this as I've caught my husband's nasty cold and wish I had Len to take care of me. Thank you so much for getting this out so quickly! I love where this is going ^^

aw...a couple years ago i got really sick and i wrote a quick pipster fanfic about the boys taking care of each other when that particular plague was passed back and forth. it's always nice to have a buddy when you're not feeling well. hope your immune system finishes its battle with your illness quickly.

and glad you liked the OCs. i was a little worried about that scene being too cheesy, but i also couldn't see absolutely everyone forgetting about piper's heroics. and also kelsey was a bit of a mary sue...i came out to my mom after an epiphany involving the anti-bigotry message in x-men comics and how that applied to the shame i'd felt about my homosexuality. comic book superheroes will always have a soft spot in my heart for helping me get over that.

Unfortunately, it's mandatory overtime at work. My boss also asked for my help on Saturday. If I don't kill myself from working when I should be resting, that'll be a plus ;) As a downside, I'm too tired to work on plushies right now. Thanks for the well wishes!

I told my mom I was bi, and she still thinks I was joking with her. She's been conveniently forgetting for the past few years. *lol* I'm amazed that the DC writers keep forgetting that part of Piper's past as well...every time the poor guy's in trouble, you'd think the cities' populace would come out in force to help him. Or at least, that Tricks wouldn't be such a jerk -_- It's also nice to hear a positive story about comics helping someone. Usually when someone mentions comics, the general public makes a crack about their mother's basement.
