I was re-reading axolotl_lan's lovely fic Wheel Be Okay and as usual had the same couple of scenes run through my tiny little mind. So I finally gave in and wrote them out and sent them to Axo, who insisted she wanted them to be shared out. Et voila.

The title comes from the song St. Elmo's Fire by John Parr, because of the chorus ^_~

Very nice! You always have such creative ideas. I love it when writers give a passing nod to our guys' pre-Countdown life(Piper's previous boyfriends or friendship with Wally, JJ's escapades outside the Flash title, etc), so seeing Dan guest star here was awesome!

Well, BD is where I first encountered "Tricky" and learned to love him so. We haven't seen any Tricks/Devil interaction in a coon's age, so I got to pondering about that as well. Did they just grow out of touch or was it something more? Well, given what Tricks went through in Underworld Unleashed, learning that his friends had sold themselves out probably would've put a few major spikes in their friendship (I know it would me.) Glad you liked!
