I still don't have my car. This is starting to feel like a bad joke. But maybe it's normal, I don't know. I've never been in an accident where the car was fixable and the other driver was at fault; the last time some distracted dipshit plowed into me my airbags deployed, so the car was immediately a total loss

You've certainly been busy. And, yeah, things are better with money. I don't think it makes you happy, in that having tons of it would bring happiness, but it certainly makes life easier when you have enough to be comfortable.

I love the second painting, the one of the forest and sky reflected on the lake.

Yeah, MaXXine was the weakest of the trilogy (although still a decent watch). The other two took a long time to bust out the real horror and then it was like - oh, wow, okay, right, this is a horror movie... It's like you had maximum investment in the characters before people started dying.
