Weekend accomplishments

Saturday I made eggs and toast for breakfast. This was accompanied by much complaining by my mother, although it was not directed at me. Jamie's last night here was Thursday and we got crawfish for supper; as usual we got sausage and potatoes with them but reserved them for breakfast. But between Thursday night and Saturday morning, David ate them

I love my cookie scoops. They do make baking cookies so much easier and, yes, all the same size! I started buying them because I have one recipe that wants the cookies to be two tablespoons. That seemed like a ridiculous amount, but it's perfect with the scoop.
