Woof, you have a LOT of peeps to cook for! I'd be sweating bullets. So, so much admiration for you for hosting like that. I have wonderful memories of being at relatives' houses for Christmas, and have never been able to reciprocate, but have always appreciated that someone opened their home, and their hearts. I really hope that you are appreciated, too.

It's a group effort, I can't take all the credit. My brother does the turkey and my sister the rolls and my other brother a couple of sides. Even Mom does marinated vegetables, because she can sit down and do it.
