Rian is arriving on Tuesday. I used to complain about him staying for an entire month, but he was a lot of help with the 'rents last year. I like potato bread a whole lot.

We used to go to a pizza place in Ames, IA that had potato crust pizza. It was *fabulous*, super fluffy. I'm guessing mashed potatoes with the regular crust ingredients? That's the only place I've seen that; not sure how common it is.

Arrrgh, I want to make more stuff from that boooook. But now it's Christmas so I gotta bake for what others want for a bit :P *I* want a potato cake!!
