Weekend accomplishments

Saturday I made eggs and toast for myself and the 'rents, then went to Five Below, the carwash, and Rouse's. In the afternoon I finished reading Fruiting Bodies and started to read A Season in Purgatory. Dominick Dunne's fiction has it's low points (a bit overwrought) but he does find some unique moments that shine out and make the whole read worth it, always. And having lived in LA and worked on the outskirts of the entertainment industry, he's always honest to a fault about it all, especially when it sounds untrue.
