I graduated high school in 1990. I knew about some older music being the youngest of 7 kids. It's not a podcast, but I recently found a YouTube channel called Yesterday's Papers which is basically people reading from an old Melody Maker column from the '60s . It's called "Blind Date With (insert name of celebrity)" and they review the top singles of the day. It's pretty cool and I found a lot of new-to-me music that way. It was also kind of hilarious that in the U.K., the top 40 was rockers like The Who interspersed with super corny stuff like Engelbert Humperdinck (the BF said "it's really technically Pop charts, not Rock").
