CREDIT FLICKR

I'd just like to say that if you are an icon maker and you use a picture from weheartit, or flickr or any other websites that are similar,
you MUST credit the photographer.
LJ users who use your icons will be crediting you and will not know who the photographer is.

You can help by either:
1. Follow in glitterbella's foosteps: create a community where you post ( Read more... )

! credit flickr

I already had that problem and yes, you feel pretty guilty when someone is telling you that you're using their work without permission. I never know what to do, instead of deleting the icons. Because I know the members won't credit the photographer and I at the same time.

So I deffo thought about creating a community like Bella did; i just need to set this up.

What I'm trying to do is I put up flickr favourites and weheartit favourites on a community I made and include the link and my rule is that if you use any of the pictures than you need to include the link I did. And I made it members only so there won't be any lurkers just taking the pics.

the reason why I shifted to breathings was because my original resource page was messed up and hardly updated! so with a new community, I set up my resource journal, updated with every post (:
