Uuuuh, I was wondering how did you manage to use all the characters and I didn't expect anything like that. I liked it, the way you wrote it, how you left things unsaid but still very clear. Kyo looking at Die, imagining him, reaching his peak looking at him. I like how you mixed it, Kaoru's hands on Kyo and Kyo looking at Die's hands at that moment, brilliant :)

Only one thing, I'm not 100% percent sure but I think that instead "Die looking peacefully" there should be "Die looking peaceful", because the first one kind of makes me thing that Die is awake and looking at Kyo peacefully (in a peaceful way whatever) instead of Die looking peaceful in his sleep.

"Die looking peaceful"! EXACTLY! This was the fic I never got to reply to you, although I read your comment as soon as you posted it, and I did the edit right on the spot :)

I also re-read it. It's strange to read something you wrote some while ago...hmmm. I have mixed feelings.

That was actually something I did completely unconscious :). I didn't think it before like: "and here I'm gonna put this line and it will have double sense" - kind of way. But things like that actually do happen. I found reason and logic in some of my own fics after I created them, realizing how much sometimes I knew where my stories wanted to go, but at the same time with me not exactly being aware of it.

This story actually conflicts with a lot of preformed conclusions I've made about the band and the members. I think my mind easily sees Kaoru as the tightass bandleader, serious business matured man, usually frowning. And Kyo as moody, mostly grumpy and distancing himself from others, probably dark and angsty, short in height but making it up with his badass attitude. At least that's the way I've seen them portrayed a lot and I guess the image has stayed with me on a lower lever of my consciousness. I've had no problems seeing Kyo in a sexual relationship in crossover fictions and have my mind go "HOT HOT HOT" and I think there is a lot more to Kyo's character that just a grumpy tiny man. Of course there is. I like this side you are portraying here. Conflicted.
My mind is also trying really hard to imagine that frowning serious Kaoru leaning over and giving someone a handjob in a train, haha, I can manage this in the end I'm sure.
This was an interesting piece, especially Die's part in all of it. I liked this line: Tries to think. ( ... )

Yep. That is the first impression one gets when seeing them. But as you evolve as a fan you start to observe new layers of personality and so that same person becomes really complex.

For example, Kyo can also be:

[somewhere around January this year, when they did the Kerrang tour. This video also made history because Kyo hasn't made a comment/appeared in an interview in about 3 or 4 years. He's not really a publicly open person. And he likes privacy. Toshiya is also the same, but in a different way ( ... )

Oh God yes, the characters are actually so incredibly complex it is impossible to include all the points you've read, heard, seen somewhere. Also that the more you find out about the band and the members, you get a clearer picture of how the character might act and thus reading fanfiction becomes so much harder because I have my own ideas and mind going "What! He wouldn't do that!" or like finding it annoying people make the character drink coffee when he has said it himself he doesn't like coffee at all. :D But I can't also deny that getting to know all these little details about them is exciting as hell. I wish I could just remeber and put it all together. :)

Your comment to me was so well timed, haha. I'd been going on about coming to comment here to you for weeks and weeks already, you finally got me to do it.

Kyo looks cute there. And even as a person not in the fandom, I know Kyo dislikes being called cute. But he's so reserved here and his eyes travel all over the place and how he half-shrugs and half-smiles in the end, haha ( ... )
