i think that ipod batteries suck in general because i've heard several people complain and mine won't hold a charge for shit. plus, it takes like a week to fully charge it. i'd go to apple and see if you have some sort of warranty. it sucks because i don't think there's an apple store near me here.

when are you moving to chicago? august? is it definite yet?

the chicago move isnt definate yet, im going up there in a weekend to see what its all about.

This might work: my ipod failed the 3rd week I had it, and my brother told me to hold down the center button for i think about a minute . . . i think it's for re-booting or something.
