You've got a contract phone at all, so you're doing better than me.

I find I have the reverse problem with a lot of modern mobiles - the buttons are too small for me to press with my little finger, let alone my thumb. And the casings themselves are so small that I find it impossible to text one handed, even if I don't drop the phone while attempting to do so.

luckily i registered my first contract phone at my parents' address so ended up avoiding the whole blacklisting due to previous tenants thing (which is a good thing because i know stu had problems getting a contract at our last address).

i think phones seem to be getting bigger now, probably as they incorporate more and more unnecessary things - so maybe you'll have better luck in future :).

Sadly, from my point of view, phones are getting smaller. And I can't use my mother's address, because she moved after I left home.

Yup yup. Citizens advice for sure, and anyone else you can get involved. I hate it when companies muck you around. I just ordered 2 sets of expensive pens online, and they only bloody sent one. I'm just dreading all the potential stress :(
