Sorry to hear of your Broadbadn problems. That is the problem with Call centre's using CRM software, and with having untrained non-techy drones follow scripted call procedures...

I use PIPEX - and touch wood - no problems yet.

Yeah, hard to say - as I have heard good and bad things about all the Broadband companies.

I have had no problems with them, besides the automatic billing tool not working recently to view my statements... and they have put an annoying Hoff advert on the website... lol

You may find this site useful: ADSL guide. It has user reviews of all ISPs including customer service, speed comparisions etc
