I had never seen anything like what just happened a few days ago. I can't tell if it's worse than turning into an Angel.

It really was something, wasn't it? At least we're all better now though. Though...what do you mean by 'turning into an angel'?

It was almost frightening -- hearing about how everyone was hurting. I guess I should be lucky that I didn't catch what everyone else did though.

Before, in my world, there was a specific person in the world known as the Chosen. When the time called for it, they'd go on a journey to regenerate the world. In the process... they'd end up turning into an angel and losing bits and pieces of their humanity until there was nothing left but an empty shell.

It's a really long story, but, my friends and I saved the world and abolished that system.

I'm glad to hear you didn't catch it. It really was rather awful, and it's good you didn't have to go through it.

I see. That really does sound terrible. I've never heard of anything like that before. ...Though actually. Now that I think of it, it sounds a little like the reverse of the journey I was on, in a way. So I suppose I have. Though it's good that you were all able to save the world in the end!

Even if I didn't catch it, lots of others did. That worries me more than just being on the sidelines watching.

The world you were in is actually two worlds that merged because of what my friends and I accomplished. I don't think I slept as much as I did when the whole thing was over.
