Dunno if this qualifies as Dalek humor, but a friend has handled some of the original Dalek props and confirmed that the suction cups in their "hands" are a perfect fit to the balls/bumps/lumps on their bodies. This raises all sorts of questions about Dalek foreplay that you may or may not want to think about...
