Sigh. An old friend and I used to talk about opening a bakery. She was going to do the early morning baking since I couldn't get up that early, and I was going to run the counter since she doesn't like doing sales (normally, I don't like doing sales, but I could manage doughnuts). I think that would have been more fun than what I ended up doing!

I actually wanted to be a travel show host when I was growing up. Only, I did not know how to go about it. Seriously though, never tried to do much about it until I was 25 and then was told that I am too old to be hosting shows and roaming around like gypsies. I should get married and raise kids instead. Blah.

BTW, I discovered a flower shop/cafe/bookshop thrown into one awesome store in the Vivo City mall here. In case you visit Singapore some time, must check it out.

That place sounds good! I finally went to a place called Raintree here... coffee shop in a heritage building kind of place. It's like that place in Chennai that I told you about - Amethyst.
