I've had sharp pains in my abdomen occasionaly for a couple years now. Once it was so bad I collapsed on the floor. My mom took me to the ER and they told me there was nothing wrong with me. So apparently its just natural to feel like someone's disecting my abdomen. Hope they can actually do something for you though :/
