Indeed I am, but only for part of the day. Seattle tomorrow. LA again next weekend.

But, what about signs of the bad tenants?

Actually, they seem to have done very little damage. The last big party (the one that the neighbors described as featuring skateboarding in the unit). They apparently never used the kitchen, which looks as new as the day we installed it and I never used it.

Was the movie any good?

It was scary and suspenseful, the lead actor was drop-dead gorgeous, and it was all about porn. I loved it!
