It totally does, and someone needs to use clips from the first four ep's of s5 for the vid too, especially like, during the song where it says 'And we should spend some time apart for both our sakes' it should have the scene where Sam's getting up from the picnic bench and walking off~

Right! That's exactly what I had in mind! and at the end with 'please, just save me from this darkness' they could show Sam with the blood on his face from 5.03 and as Lucifer and then them meeting up at the end (since it's said a few times).

Oh, yeah, the song fits. Every word is so very Sam in season 4 and especially 5.
A lot of Snow Patrol songs remind me of the brothers one way or the other.
