Alrighty! All journals to this account have been wiped; let's see how well I can do starting this over.

Though it was amusing to read all 700+ of my old entries, those were pretty awful, I'm sorry I put you guys through all that before.

In this digital age, there's some value in keeping old emails/journals/tweets/whatever simply because without that, how much record is there of you? I've never handwritten any letters, and have very few that have been sent to me. If my family/descendents ever want to look at my life, digital is pretty much all they have.

Not saying you should keep it online - just keep it, somewhere.
