that's most likely just a scare tactic, copyrights (usually) only apply when you're making money off the endeavor. i am not a lawyer or your lawyer, blah blah.

yeah well, we used their images in our printed pieces, so they were pissed already.
it's okay--we spoke to some entertainment lawyers and know how to proceed here on out ;)
