Zucchini!

So I made the Zucchini Florentine tonite.  Unfortunately, I didn't have certain ingredients.  The damn apricots for the Queen's Fritters broke the bank!  Too bad I didn't realize I needed oil to fry the fritters in.  I will have to wait until Thursday to make those.  Anyway, back to the zucchini.  I didn't have garlic so I used garlic salt instead

Gruyere Cheese is something i always forget about and it can make a dish so much tastier. :D i'm making a mental note to use more cheese.
