Thanksgiving Pies...

wylddevil and I made pies for Thanksgiving.  I finally ran Chuck's Pear Pie with Gruyere Crust.  Man, it's delicious.

A man who bakes, he's a winner! Those look great. I made the most awesome pie this Thanksgiving, cranberry, white chocolate, pecan pie. The only change to this recipe was chopping the cranberries in the food processor, based on comments from the reviewers.
