Life is busy. Monday night I baked 4 dark Christmas cakes and tonight I baked my 4 light ones. I hope to put two cakes in the freezer so that next year I only need to make one of the recipes. That will get me onto alternate years for making light or dark cakes. I wanted to make sure that mom and dad had some to take down to Texas with them. The
