Oh dear, I think you have a bit of fever, plus with all this heat you must be feeling horrible.

If you could come (or if someone could bring you) to the doctors office it would be best since we have AC here, but if you feel to sick to do so then please take these *puts pills on the counter* drink lots of water and rest. Call me when you feel a little better ^^
