Thank you so much for your comment! I'm really glad that my writing turned out as I had hoped because it is quite difficult to give the characters both a humanistic and yet electronic feel. I just love Tron, I had to make it through his POV :D

Tron wasn't created by Flynn; he was programmed by Alan. That fact is mentioned in both the movies, and it's why Tron looks like Alan. But I'm not trying to complain or anything, just something you might want to be aware of for future fics.

I've only been able to see the new movie once, so I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the line is something like "Tron was created by Alan for the old system." It's when Flynn is talking to Sam, I think right before the flashback where Clu goes all dark side.

Ohhhh that makes a lot of sense! I haven't yet seen the older Tron (although I am absolutely dying to!) so a lot of that back story is unfortunately murky water for me. Hopefully though, there aren't too many discrepancies in my fic! Thanks for your help though :D
