d) ALL OF THE ABOVE. Plus:

e) Chris is clearly a little squiffy and I like to think that about five seconds after this photo was taken he turned his head and started licking Karl's neck like a puppy.

f) Karl's button allergy is in full swing, plus Chris's collar and tie has been loosened, which leads me to all sorts of pleasant ruminations on the trip to the bathroom they took together fifteen minutes before the photo that everyone else politely elected to pretend they didn't notice...
