It's cloudy, seventy degrees, with dry lightning. It will probably rain soon.

If it rains, I will go outside and walk in it.

I am not having fun today. First, there's the fact that I feel miserable, for no apparent reason. Annoyed and annoying. And then being asked "why don't you let me read?" in a sharp and exasperated tone when I come out laughing, happy, and wanting to talk to Richard doesn't really help.

I'm looking at photos of gerbils and listening to Nick Drake's "Pink Moon" on infinite repeat. This is so I don't accidentally get sad thinking about how I didn't get that job I wanted.
