I think the stress may be getting to me. I seem to end every day with a headache right behind my eyes, but I know I have to get through these classes so that I can study what really interests me.

stress, university

Firstly. Try spending less time on the computer! (Blasphemous, I know!) If you can't, take 15 minute breaks every hour or so.

Secondly. Get your eyes examined, you may need glasses! (That's complete the techno geek image for sure XD)

Thirdly. Try exercise of one sort or another daily/bidaily, it's a great stress reliever. Maybe Yoga if you're really stressed.

Fourthly. Stay away from chocolate & cheese in large (or any) amounts, they're headache triggers.

But...what do I do with myself if I'm not on the computer?

Glasses? Hmmm...maybe. (And yes, it would, wouldn't it? Haha)

That's an excellent suggestion. Maybe I should start playing soccer again.

And I'll keep that in mind. Next time Hibiki-kun comes in to lab with a snack, I'll pass.

If you're not on the computer you could play soccer! Or play a board game, or something. Read a book. Eat. There's tons of things to do. Talk to someone. You'll find something. You could even just go out for a walk around the ITlab.

But almost everything I do is on the computer. It's virtually my life. My virtual life.

Maybe that's a bad thing..
