Wow, it's been a while since I've updated. Nothing all that exciting has been happening...

Booked my flight to Hong Kong for June. YAY. Nothing like getting free money. Not that 6,000 HKD even covers the full cost of airfare, but it still subsidies my flight costs substantially. Planning on going for about 3 weeks, so I'm looking into vacations ( Read more... )

i think wing on in hong kong can do that for you i dont know any other one that is cheap...besides the other one i want to go with.

cambodia pretty nice though...i dont care for vietnam lol..i dont want to go back there and i never been

I did Dialogs in the Dark, where a blind person rakes you around rooms that simulate real life places like the grocery or a street. I had my walking stick and everything, and I proceeded to freak the fuck out. Going blind is a great fear of mine, and I'm pretty sure that if I didn't have my friends along, I would have burst out of the emergency exit doors and ruined the experience for everyone. Glad you enjoyed yourself though!

Also, Thailand is beautiful. I'm sure there are tour companies, but I can't remember seeing any in Bangkok. :-(

I'm planning to go to HK in the 2nd half of the year, probably in the fall. Nothing beats free money. Don't know of any other tour companies besides Wing On. Not a fan of follow the flag tours either. If you're up for it, plan the trip yourself. I did it for Taiwan and SG. It's a lot of work, but very rewarding and more fun. If you do decide to go to those places and need help planning, let me know.
