And Sydney is getting all excited about it. Well...at least some are. Apparently they're putting up a Mary Poppins statue in town in honour of P.L. Travers who lived in Bowral. After a few red wines I could have sworn Kath said she was putting the statue up in her garden and I couldn't for the life of me work out why!!! I mean it's one thing to love theatre, but to build monuments in one's garden?

I mean Don B i can understand, i wouldnt mind a statue of the Don, attempting a fine sweep shot perhaps.
