I am pretty sure that if you ever need to buy an outrageous or hard-to-find piece of attire, it can be attained at a thrift shop. I'm talking about St. Vincent de Paul's, Value World, Value Village, or any other mom and pop type of place. Sure, you may have to visit all of them within a 20 mile radius but I'm almost positive you will find what

please tell me that you already wanted contacts to begin with and you did not get the solely for your costume.

I didn't get them solely for my costume, but I never really had a want or need to buy contacts. I honestly think I look better with glasses than without. It has been about 7 years since I tried them so I figure I may as well pick up a few and get proficient in putting them in/taking them out for whenever.
