Starting over again to give this LJ thing a try. I was originally going to use it to post thoughts on Advent, but decided it was better a community(?) and maybe someone might want to take part. There might not be much in here until that is done, depending on how well this works out for me.

oops? I was only joiing some random Christian communities on the other evening after setting things up. Some simply don't appeal to me because they seem to be full of the sort of nastiness I try to avoid and I left them quickly. catholic_adult is a singles community then? If so I am not interested.

I have deleted my other LJ over a year ago or maybe longer. I have no interest in being anything but anonymous here. (I learned some hard lessons about being stingy with information on the internet.) If it is a requirement that I cannot be anonymous, consider me also uninterested on that note.

No, it's a serious discussion group for Catholics. I'm unwilling to allow someone to join who has a strong desire to be anonymous, to be honest. I've had one too many trolls happen that way.
