So, back in December I was diagnosed with Celiac, blahblahblah. Looking back I had multiple symptoms, but the one major 'get-me-to-a-doctor' thing was the heartburn. Betty Crocker makes wonderful GF brownies! They are in any super market in the US and I just love them! And Udi is the best bread out there too, tastes 100% like normal bread! I buy 6 loaves at a time....they are that good

LOL, not any! The Jewel where I lived didn't have them. :( But they are good! You must have a pretty friendly GF super market! When I had extra cash, I would stop by Whole Foods (about an hour away from my house, ughhh), & pick up some GF treats. When I go home next year, I'll keep an eye out for Udi - thanks!

Japan isn't very... gluten free friendly, to put it nicely, hahah. ;]

Have you tried the Foreign Buyer's Club? They have some gluten-free foods, though some of it might be a bit expensive.
