A passing mention in 'Remembrance' is on thing, but I'm curious as to whether this got passed by Kneale. He hated the show for nicking his ideas in the 70s.
Unless he's got the phrase "British Rocket Group" trademarked I doubt it matters.
Doctor Who was always good at - ahem - "paying homage" to the work of other writers. If Kneale had just held his nose and written for the show when they asked him, then he would have at least made some money out of it :oP
