Ok friends, please participate in my quiz of sorts:

it really depends. no set amount, and sometimes we do family trips or something, but i'd say it'll be well under $100 for each child this year, we buy a lot off craigslist and thrift stores and stuff, and this year we are starting the new tradition of giving them money to give away however they want. $25/eli and $50/mairi. whether it's buying someone gas, groceries, whatever they want to do, donate, etc.

I'm spending about $100 total on the kids (ages 3 months and 18 months) since they are young and they have 4 sets of grandparents that like to spoil them lol

For the two of them, it just depends. I think overall we probably spend $200 now that money is tight. Once I'm working again, it'll be more.
