Nope, cat food is out. It's canned and often includes fish, red meat, or white meat of some kind. :P
Yeah, it's never good to live life SO carefully. If we paid attention to everything out there that claims to make us live longer, healthier lives, we'd be dead in a week.

Not to get all girly, but this post brought tears to my eyes. Tan and I think of you and the gang often and laugh about the times we shared. Knowing your challenges and struggles I got a little weepy as I did my weekly trolling to see how everyone was.
