yes, but i was speaking rhetorically about the middle east
refugee camps and such. i meant in this world, not just in this country

it is the desert countries that are in trouble
there are also deserts in america,
california is half desert, nevada, arizona
they often import water from washington state, or oregon
other places have lots of water, like florida, which is mostly flood prone
it's a complicated world. many people now live in hostile environments
the earth is half heaven and half hell, isn't it?

Oh, yes then, Naxi Zudas force people to concentration camps nowadays... And problem here is not in water or in anything but in the absence of morality, or simple logic... - today you have the power to do it with somebody and be sure tomorrow people will do it with you...
