The world is not what we think it is, nor does it appear otherwise.
it seems like everything is being 'weaponized' by corporate shills
i think i'll just be an observer and try to stay out of it.

I'm doing good. :-) My best summer read has been the last one The Light Pirate, by Lily Brooks-Dalton. It definitely transcends the madness, but not necessarily in a good way since it's post apocalyptic. Or maybe just apocalyptic, since things are right in the middle. Still, an excellent read.

sounds like the thing i'm reading, but in fiction version.
i've been digesting a book by a canadian donald lee called the way forward about this apocalyptic thinging.. in real time, he discusses what the world is going through and solutions we as individuals can take to get through this dystopia. it has been both challenging and rewarding, as it sounds like your novel has been.
i'll check out the light pirate, it may be a good companion read for me. thanks!
