Several times, in different combinations. For instance, William Parker and Hamid Drake as a duet and within other groups, Peter Brotzmann within many other groups, Toshinori Kondo solo, etc. But never as the Die Like a Dog quartet.

it sounds like you follow them closely
was this mostly in russia?

vancouver has a poor attraction for jazz today
yet there is the annual jazz festival
mostly standard jazz, not much avant garde
i used to go to jazz decades ago here
charles gayle, was one i liked
