I hope you feel better. If not, a trip to the doctor might be in order.

We did that with the plastic sheeting on the windows back in Phoenix, but I doubt it would have done much good here. The windows on our house here were old when we moved in, so replacing them was high on our list. Other than the bay window in the living room, they're pretty tight. But right now the heater doesn't stay off very long!
