Maelstrom (poem)

Maelstrom, gail storm, evil baal-strom
Demon wind stirring the sky storm
Artificial intelligence thinks itself wise storm
Storm chaser, rage, death and life storm
Turning up turf and churning round
The calm in the eye of the storm
Invasions push at the gates
Charging through space
below human race
Thar she blows!

Brings to mind the Poe story Maelstrom. Or something akin to it. I think that was the actual title.
